Beca Pilares 2025: New Support for Women

Attention women aged 30 to 64 in Mexico City, registration has opened for the Pilares Scholarship for Wellbeing 2025. This program is now extended to women aged 30 and above who seek to continue their educational preparation in the Points of Innovation, Freedom, Art, Education, and Knowledge (PILARES).

Up to 20 scholarships out of a total of 200 will be awarded to women attending PILARES and pursuing secondary education through the National Institute for Adult Education (INEA). Additionally, 245 scholarships will be granted to women enrolled in online, distance, or open high school programs, and 400 scholarships for those studying any undergraduate modality at public universities.

Furthermore, 1,300 supports will be allocated to women participating in training activities in sports, culture, or economic autonomy at PILARES. The registration process for the Pilares Scholarship 2025 began on February 3 and will end on February 8.

Interested applicants must meet requirements such as residing in Mexico City, being enrolled in a public high school program, not being employees of the Federal, State, or Mexico City Government, committing to attend PILARES activities, and signing a letter of commitment.

To apply for the scholarship, documentation such as an updated CURP, proof of current studies, official identification, recent proof of address, and the registration form and folio from PILARES will be required. The results will be announced on March 3, 2025, and the beneficiaries will receive a monthly financial support of one thousand pesos for a period of up to 10 months.
